BUDGET OF INFRASTRUCTURE & OTHER DEVELOPMENT WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN OUR ADOPTED TRIBAL VILLAGE NAGLE.

Initial budget for the development works of Nagle village in respect of pure drinking water, road, sanitation, health, education & employment etc. designed by architect is approximate seventy million.
 Here is the step by step estimate :-
1. Pure drinking water connection in whole village with 3 numbers of 50 thousand litres  of overhead tanks : INR 19,35,000.00.
2. Two & half KMs of tar road connecting Divekarpada, Phanaspada & Dongripada & approx. 100 MTs of 12 concrete subways, connecting hillside houses with the main road :- INR 1,83,42,450.00.
 3. Toilet in the houses ( approx. 198 NOS ) :- INR 55,44,000.00.
 4. Toilet in primary school & learning centres :- INR 4,50000.00.
5. Total septic pits :- INR 6,60000.00.
 6. Construction cost of health centre, dairy & small industry units :- INR 1,17,00000.00.
7. Equipment for health centre & small industry units : INR 34,00000.00.
 8. Ambulance :- INR 6,00000.00.
 9. Scientific dairy farm with minimum of 60 buffaloes :- INR 60,00000.00.
 10. Poultry farms with equipment & training :- INR 9,00000.00.
 11. Piggery, goat, rabbit & emu farming with goods, equipment & training etc. :- INR 22,00000.00. 12. Renovation of village pond & fishery :- INR 17,00000.00.
 13. Computer training centre, library & learning centres etc. :- INR 9,60,000.00.
 14. Reconstruction of village crematorium with water, power, wood storage place & boundary wall etc. :- INR 23,70000.00.
15. Other activities like training, campaigns, vaccination, health check-ups, treatment, financial aid to underprivileged villagers etc. :- approx. INR 40,00000.00.
16. Architect, staffs & stationery & all misc. expenses :- approx. INR 75,00000.00.
 Taxes & all other legal expenses are extra whatever applicable.
 Income which will be generated from these community employment schemes will provide jobs to the villagers in one side & in other side, these funds will be utilised for infrastructure maintenance, manpower management & all emergency expenses of the village. NOTES :- Implementation of all the development schemes are subject to fund raising.

DEVELOPMENT OF OUR ADOPTED VILLAGE NAGLE.

We are concentrating in the first phase of development works, the solution of pure drinking water which is the biggest scarcity of the village. toilet in each house as all the villagers defecate in the open, vaccination to the children against Polio, Typhoid, Hepatitis A etc., Health check ups, Eye check ups & cataract surgery, Study materials & fees arrangement for underprivileged children, computer training & tailoring, treatment of patients suffering from TB, cancer etc., Then we shall construct concrete roads connecting of all padas which have today no road connectivity. People living in the padas of inside the village used to walk by the narrow kaccha lane for all essential services for nearly 2- 2.5 Km. People living in the hill side is bound to carry water from the plain to the top through kaccha steep lanes endangering their lives. We shall rebuilt the crematorium & set up a dispensary with ambulance service for the primary treatment, snake bite & child birth etc. For the employment & maintenance of the village infrastructure & emergency funds, we shall set up a dairy farm, papad manufacturing unit, poultry, goat, rabbit, emu farming & fishery in the village talav etc.

IN GRAM SABHA HELD ON 29TH NOVEMBER, ALL VILLAGERS UNINEMOUSLY DECIDED TO HAND OVER THE VILLAGE NAGLE TO US FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, EDUCATION, HEALTH, SANITATION & EMPLOYMENT ETC.

With the majority of Gram sabha decision, the final adoption process of village Nagle is complete. Here is some glimpses of the Gram sabha. Now, We will start fund raising for the development projects with the completion of the budget of projects by Architect.

We have launched our Project "Development of Nagle village" Campaign with the blessings of MATA DURGA in the Pooja ground of BANGA SANGHA, R N P PARK, BHAYANDER, MUMBAI. We have got a very good response from the public.

ADOPTION OF A VILLAGE NAMED NAGLE IS IN PROCESS.

We are almost in final stage of adopting a remote village which is tribal oriented & lack of all basic amenities like road, drinking water, drainage, primary dispensary, market, school etc. The village is called Nagle which is inside the Vasai - Bhiwandi road & comprises of major Padas namely Divakarpada & Phanaspada etc. Our aim to start with providing the villagers the basic requirements to self-help etc. For this noble step we need help from all spheres of our society. Some glimpses of the village are here. Soon, after completing all necessary documentations & official formalities, we will start working for the betterment.

LAUNCHING CAMPAIGN "UDAN BACHPAN KI" FOR THE DIFFERENTLY ABLE CHILDREN.

We have launched Campaign "Udan Bachpan Ki" campaign for differently able children of India.
 It is a platform for the differently able children to prove their talents in broader world.
 Children in different age groups will participate & show their talents in various sphere of life. We shall contact various institutions, homes, remote villages etc. of India & encourage the children to bring out their skills in painting, crafts, dancing, singing, sports & many other creative fields with special guidance & training. We shall make a national platform to show their these hidden talents in front of the world & make a foray into the normal life-line in order to support their confidence of being stable in both mentally & financially. We need support & suggestions from all to create & channelize such a big platform nation-wide.

OUR SCHOOL TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN TO COLLECT SCHOOL MATERIALS FOR DISTRIBUTION AMONG UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN.

We have started continuous campaign of collection of school materials
& some other essential materials for distribution in rural & tribal areas
 (including local & disaster affected areas) among underprivileged children
 for their betterment & right to education.
 We have started to contact various educational institute to join hands in this campaign.
  We are requesting the institutes to involve their student strength
 to contribute the materials towards the betterment.
 The materials list are as follows :-
 1. School bags (old & new). 2. Water bottle.
3. Lunch box. 4. Note books.
5. Drawing books. 6. Black board.
7. Slate & chalk. 8. Pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener & glue.
 9. Geometry box. 10. Soap & Dettol. 11. Tooth paste & Oil.
